The official dining page lists several outlets. The venue confirms these hours:

• Mohave Grill, a Southwestern family restaurant with buffets. Sunday 7 am to 9 pm; Monday to Thursday 7 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm; Friday 7 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm; Saturday 7 am to 10 pm. All-you-can-eat prime rib runs Friday and Saturday, 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
• Wild Horse Pub, a neighbourhood pub with weekly live entertainment.
• Cactus Lounge, from 4:00 pm to late.

The grill opens at 7 am, before the casino doors. A weekday breakfast or lunch there fits a morning visit, as long as you finish lunch by 2 pm. The dining page also names Sushi, Island Bar and Wild Horse Cafe. Their hours are not confirmed here.

The property's name reflects its inn. Rooms and current entertainment are best checked on the casino's own site, because its live-music page may carry older listings.
